Open a chart fullscreen in portrait or landscape. Touch a Weight point or use previous and next controls to inspect its date, recorded Weight and 7-day average. Switch between 1, 3, 6 and 12 months without leaving the chart.

Show and enter weight in kilograms, pounds, or stones & pounds. Your records are stored exactly as you logged them — switching units never rewrites a single entry.

Know your vial inventory

Record medication names, vial counts and the strength on each label. Keep different strengths or batches separate: mg per powder vial, or mg/mL with optional volume for liquid vials. Set an optional low-stock threshold for your manual count; zero means out of stock. Logging a Shot never changes stock automatically.

A cited peptide library

Read what commonly discussed peptides are and what has been studied, with links to original research and regulatory sources. Entries distinguish approved uses, clinical trials and limited evidence. This is educational reference material, not a recommendation to use or buy a peptide.

Export tracking records as CSV or create a full JSON backup. Your vial inventory is always included in the full backup, even with goals excluded. Plus adds automatic daily Android backups to your own folder. Restoring an older backup without inventory leaves your current stock unchanged.
